AI Transparency
1. Purpose
This summary explains, in plain language, how artificial intelligence and related technologies are used in DyZen Med. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Business Associate Agreement. It is not legal advice and is not a certification of regulatory compliance.
2. What DyZen Med does with AI
DyZen Med uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to organize, summarize, analyze, and assist with the interpretation of clinical and medical-legal information. Depending on the feature used, these capabilities may:
- Structure uploaded records and timelines
- Highlight documentation patterns, inconsistencies, or integrity issues
- Organize exam audio into reviewable encounter content (including via AWS HealthScribe where used)
- Draft assistive report language for physician review
- Surface potential opinion considerations and advisory external references within Opinion Intelligence
Not every feature performs every function. Features are presented as physician-assist tools.
3. What DyZen Med does not do
- Does not independently diagnose or treat patients
- Does not make final clinical or medical-legal determinations
- Does not replace professional judgment
- Does not operate as an autonomous clinical decision-making system
- Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, outcomes, security, availability, or response times
Generated content must be reviewed and approved by the qualified healthcare professional responsible for its use. A report is not final until the authenticated physician attestation / Final Version process is completed where that workflow is used.
4. Human review and authorship
DyZen-generated analysis documents are assistive and attributed to DyZen Med / Zentelligence where required. Physician-owned drafts and physician-attested final reports remain the professional responsibility of the physician or practice. DyZen Med does not claim authorship or approval of a physician’s final opinion.
5. External references and terminology
Opinion Intelligence may consult external terminology (including UMLS) and literature, trial, or labeling sources. Terminology matches are not clinical evidence. External references are advisory only. Details: Clinical Evidence Sources and Attribution.
6. Support assistants
In-product support assistants (including Zena) are automated helpers for product and account questions. They are not covered PHI channels, do not provide medical or legal advice, and may escalate to human support. Response times are not guaranteed unless a separate enforceable service commitment applies.
7. Contact
