The platform was created by a healthcare professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience, with a long-standing focus on musculoskeletal medicine and injury-related chart review. Years spent working directly with dense, fragmented medical records revealed a recurring problem: critical information was present, but buried beneath volume, repetition, and inconsistent documentation.
DyZen Med emerged from that frustration. Rather than attempting to automate judgment or replace professional reasoning, the goal was intentionally narrow and practical — to restore clarity, structure, and confidence to the review process.
