Outputs are draft aids and require independent professional review before reliance. AI-generated opinion recommendations require physician review and acceptance before becoming part of the IME draft.
Chart intelligence foundation
DyZen Med ingests medical records—including PDFs, scanned documents, and mixed file types—and produces organized chart views to support review:
- Chart Summary — cited, factual sections from the record
- Chronological timeline with date‑anchored events
- Case search and source verification against uploaded records
- Optional Zentelligence analyses on that chart (they do not become physician opinions)
- Additional facts preserved when items cannot be cleanly categorized
This foundation supports Records Review—the first step in the IME workflow—so physicians can understand the chart before they capture the exam or form opinions.
IME workbench
For independent medical examinations and similar high‑stakes reporting, DyZen Med provides a guided IME workflow inside the application:
- Records Review — Chart Summary, citations, and source verification
- Exam Capture — record or paste the exam; suggested findings go to Encounter Draft for review
- Encounter Draft — your editable working note for this encounter
- Opinion Intelligence — case-specific recommendations; physician acceptance, edit, or rejection required before content becomes yours
- Report Generation — assemble the report in DyZen Standard, SEAK, or your organization format
Report Generation changes writing style, headings, and layout. It does not independently author final medical opinions or legal conclusions—those remain with the licensed professional.
