DyZen Med Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how DyZen Med may be used. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.

DyZen Med is a physician-assist, chart-review platform designed to support the organization and review of medical records. It is not a diagnostic or decision-making system.

Use of the Service must be lawful, authorized, and appropriate for the nature of the data involved.

2. Authorized Use

You may use DyZen Med only if:

• You have the legal right to access, upload, and process the records involved
• Your use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations
• You use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a review and organizational tool

3. Prohibited Data Use

You must not upload or process data:

• Without proper authorization, consent, or legal right
• In violation of privacy laws, confidentiality obligations, or professional duties
• That you do not have the right to access or disclose

DyZen Med relies on users to ensure lawful handling of all data.

4. Misuse of Outputs

You must not:

• Represent outputs as medical advice, diagnoses, or legal conclusions
• Use outputs as a substitute for professional judgment
• Present outputs as definitive or independently verified conclusions
• Use outputs in a way that misrepresents their origin or reliability

All outputs must be reviewed and validated by the user before use.

5. Platform Integrity and Security

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service or its underlying systems
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt system performance or security
• Circumvent authentication, authorization, or access controls

6. Competitive and Model Misuse

You must not:

• Use DyZen Med outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve competing AI systems
• Extract structured data at scale for use in external machine learning pipelines
• Attempt to replicate or reconstruct the Service’s functionality

7. Unauthorized Access and Account Misuse

You must not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Allow access to individuals who do not have appropriate authorization
• Use another user’s account without permission

You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

8. Unlawful or Harmful Use

You must not use the Service:

• For illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• In a way that could harm individuals, organizations, or the integrity of records
• To create misleading or manipulated documentation

9. Enforcement

DyZen Med may, at its sole discretion:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Service
• Restrict functionality or access levels
• Investigate suspected misuse

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, data, or the integrity of the Service.
