Infrastructure & transparency
DyZen Med is hosted on AWS with TLS in transit. Subprocessors are engaged under applicable agreements for qualifying processing; supported AI endpoints are configured to request minimal retention where supported. PHI moves only through approved paths, and acceptance of the current Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before uploads can proceed in the platform.
