Important: DyZen Med is a physician-assist, assistive intelligence platform. It does not diagnose, assign causation, or generate medical opinions. Current IME workflow (in the app)

The live product adds steps that may not appear in the recording yet, including Dictate Exam, Opinion Recommendations (physician review and acceptance required), Live Draft Preview, and Narrative Draft / Export. Opinion recommendations are draft support only—they do not become part of your IME until you accept them. The Narrative Draft helps turn approved findings and opinions into readable report prose.

DyZen Med is intended for licensed physicians, independent medical examiners, and medical–legal professionals responsible for high-stakes chart review, reporting, and documentation.

How to get started

DyZen Med is available for professionals and organizations working with complex medical records, as well as individuals with a legitimate need to organize and review their documentation.
