This page describes the DyZen Med workflow—from upload through Records Review, Exam Capture, Encounter Draft, Opinion Intelligence, and Report Generation—for physicians and medical–legal professionals. Important: DyZen Med is a physician-assist, assistive intelligence platform. It does not diagnose, determine causation, impairment, or disability, or generate final medical opinions or legal conclusions. The live product follows this guided workflow:

Records Review — understand the chart with Chart Summary, timeline, and source verification
Exam Capture — record or paste the exam; suggested findings go to Encounter Draft
Encounter Draft — your working note; confirm, merge, or remove findings
Opinion Intelligence — recommended opinions; accept, edit, reject, or rewrite before they become yours
Report Generation — generate the report in DyZen Standard, SEAK, or your organization format

Recommendations are draft support only—they do not become part of your IME until you accept them. DyZen Med does not replace physician judgment.
