Infrastructure & transparency
DyZen Med is hosted on AWS with TLS in transit. Subprocessors are engaged under applicable agreements for qualifying processing; supported AI endpoints are configured to request minimal retention where supported. PHI moves only through approved paths, and acceptance of the current Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before uploads can proceed in the platform. Opinions (including AI recommendations) come after Live Draft review and require physician acceptance. Narrative is generated from approved content; Finalization is the final review and export stage. DyZen Med does not diagnose, determine causation, impairment, disability, or legal conclusions, and does not replace physician judgment.
Processing time varies based on record size and complexity. Citations and source verification stay available throughout so you can confirm evidence before you rely on any output.
